Jessica Shraybman is the Founder of Shraybman Law – a boutique Art, Media, and Entertainment firm in Miami dedicated to empowering creative entrepreneurs.

With expertise in business and intellectual property, she serves as trusted counsel to an elite roster of clients; providing the legal foundation they need to take risks confidently, break stereotypes, and define success on their own terms.

And she’s so much more.

In addition to years of working on indie film, music, and photo sets, Jessica is also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, Yoga Alliance Certified yoga instructor, circus enthusiast, and all-natural competitive bodybuilder.

Herself a creative and an entrepreneur, Jessica understands her clients’ relentless drive, discipline, and dedication. The combination of her legal expertise with her personal experience makes Jessica uniquely qualified to "turn entrepreneurs and creatives into badass business owners."

She was the first in her family born in the States and is a native Russian speaker. Her upbringing instilled a deep understanding of what it takes to build something from nothing, and shaped the perspective which guides her approach today.

    Above everything, Jessica believes in kindness and is committed to helping others.

    Though “…law and business are noble pursuits and necessary to sustain life... [it’s] poetry, beauty, and love that we stay alive for.” An avid champion of the arts, Jessica serves as a board member for several nonprofits; regularly volunteers with the Arts and Business Council, Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts; and is a frequent presenter for artist support organizations. While she doesn’t do it for acclaim, she has been recognized by the Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division as a “Pro Bono Rockstar.”

    Other than the arts - Jessica is most passionate about advocating for and defending human rights. For years she has supported efforts to abolish capital punishment and regularly contributes to the work of organizations fighting human trafficking.
